Step 1: First Impression Assessment
(1-2 weeks)
**Schedule and time varies based on current state and strategic objectives**
Guest Service assessment (timing dependent on size of church, current programs and overall direction/strategy of leadership)
Assessment consists of the following:
attend weekend services and a weekly staff meeting
evaluate overall culture and weekend experience from arrival to departure
analyze current welcome teams
review initial touch point for all weekend guests and the processes and procedures for assimilation
measure current engagement and communications with existing volunteers
meet with pastors for overview and candid feedback
**If engagement continues after step 1 we have a 90 day plan. Combination of on-site and offsite depending on location. Details outlined in step 2-4.**
Step 2: Review and Design
